Host on site prior to the start of the event, monitoring the check in process, and present on the day of your event.
Flight + Lodging for your on-site coordinator is not included but is the responsibility of the group leader.
In order to curate your bespoke journey a brief profile of information must be received.
FEE SUMMARY:Upon receipt of your quote you will have 3 days to make a decision, any adjustments, or to deposit. Once 3 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50 before we will continue with the planning process. This $50 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days. As I am sure you are aware, planning a vacation takes time. Once I have received your responses, I will take the time to search for the best match for your party. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research everything to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will provide a smooth travel experience. Once Stars N Skyes Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to review all available options. If you choose to book your vacation elsewhere, this fee will be retained as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through Stars N Skyes Travel offer peace of mind. We go where you go! There is no online service available to match the customer service I provide. You will receive two quotes to provide feedback and make changes before I send your final quote.
